Managing a remote team of approximately 25 employees, the full-time Skilled Nursing Facility Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee daily billing operations, troubleshoot complex claims, and provide expert guidance on reimbursement processes for a multi-state portfolio of Skilled Nursing Facilities and Senior Living Medicaid Waiver communities. Key responsibilities Provide leadership and operational oversight for the Central Billing Office team, ensuring billing accuracy and timely resolution of issues Serve as a subject-matter expert on Skilled Nursing Facility claims, independently reviewing and resolving complex billing and reimbursement challenges Analyze revenue trends and communicate significant billing and cash issues to senior leadership, ensuring accountability and effective resolution strategies Required qualifications Expert-level knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility claims and reimbursement processes Extensive hands-on experience with SNF billing and complex claim resolution Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing requirements Demonstrated leadership experience in managing centralized or remote Revenue Cycle operations Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends affecting revenue and cash flow
