We are seeking a full-time Attending Physician to provide patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout the Lima, Ohio area. This role offers clinical autonomy, a collaborative care model, and the opportunity to significantly impact the health and well-being of older adults. The position involves overseeing medical care, partnering with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and driving quality initiatives, all within a schedule free from on-call and overnight responsibilities.

- Serve as the Attending Physician for residents in assigned skilled nursing facilities
- Collaborate with NPs/PAs to provide comprehensive, team-based care and clinical oversight
- Streamlined documentation with an intuitive EHR, voice dictation, AI-powered scribe technology, and access to UpToDate for real-time clinical decision support
Responsibilities
- Oversee the medical care of assigned residents
- Partner closely with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Help drive quality initiatives that improve patient outcomes
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions while developing individualized care plans
- Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, and other quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED
