About the Role:
As a Skilled Nurse at Balanced Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to our residents in a skilled nursing setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring residents’ conditions and reporting changes
- Coordinating care with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
- Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
Requirements:
- Active Florida LPN or RN license (required)
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background screening through FL Clearinghouse | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration
