Job Title: Skilled Laborer Job Description
We are seeking dependable and experienced Skilled Laborers to support a wide range of construction activities on both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and capable of performing physical tasks while assisting skilled trades and operating tools and equipment.
Responsibilities

Perform general labor duties on job sites, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.

Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades as needed.

Measure, cut, and assemble materials per project specifications.

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Follow blueprints, drawings, and supervisor instructions.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards.

Support concrete work, framing, demolition, or carpentry work as required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
