Job Title: Skilled Laborer
Job Description
This role involves performing a wide range of construction and general labor tasks with a focus on concrete work, site preparation, and supporting production operations. You will handle heavy lifting, operate and assist with machinery, and use hand and power tools to help deliver high-quality precast concrete products and structures.
Responsibilities

Perform construction labor tasks related to precast concrete pipe and structures, including site preparation, material handling, and basic assembly work.

Carry out concrete labor duties such as assisting with pouring, finishing, and curing concrete components according to specifications and safety standards.

Handle heavy lifting of materials, tools, and products throughout the workday while following safe lifting techniques.

Assist machine operators in the production process by supplying materials, monitoring equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow on the production line.

Operate basic machinery and equipment as directed, following all safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Use hand tools and power tools, including carpentry tools and equipment, to cut, measure, assemble, and adjust materials as needed.

Read and use a tape measure accurately to mark, cut, and verify dimensions for construction and concrete components.

Perform general labor duties such as cleaning work areas, removing debris, and maintaining a safe and organized job site.

Support carpentry-related tasks, including basic framing, forming, and installation work as required.

Assist with landscaping-related duties when needed, such as grading, site cleanup, and general outdoor labor.

Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete daily tasks efficiently and meet production and construction schedules.

Follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment, and report any hazards or equipment issues to supervisors.
Essential Skills

Experience in construction labor, including tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and general construction support.

Hands-on experience working with concrete, including assisting with pouring, finishing, or related concrete labor activities.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
