This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering consistent hours and long-term potential for dependable candidates.This role focuses on assisting with the installation of aluminum patio covers, screen rooms, and exterior structures, making it ideal for individuals with construction, roofing, framing, or installation experience who are comfortable working outdoors and on ladders.Key Responsibilities:Assist in constructing aluminum patio covers and screen roomsMeasure and cut roll form and extruded materials using a chop sawTake accurate measurements from ladders on house walls and fasciaPre-drill materials using an impact drillAssemble metal framing and roof panels while working on laddersInstall and secure structural components for outdoor buildsApply caulking and touch-up paint to seal and finish installationsRoll screen and spline into aluminum screen room componentsMaintain a clean and organized job site, removing debris and materialsFollow directions from supervisors and support lead installers on-siteRequirementsCandidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, be able to lift 50 lbs, and be comfortable working outdoors on ladders in a physically demanding environment.
Experience using basic construction tools such as a tape measure, chop saw, and impact drill is required.
