As a Field Technician, you will assist with a variety of construction, remodeling, restoration, and repair projects. This role requires hands-on experience in one or more construction trades and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform construction, repair, restoration, and remodeling work as assigned
- Assist with demolition, installation, repairs, and project completion activities
- Follow project plans, specifications, and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with Crew Leads, Project Managers, and team members
- Identify and report job site issues, material needs, or safety concerns
- Deliver quality workmanship while meeting project schedules
- Minimum 3-5 years of construction industry experience
- Experience with remodeling, restoration, residential, and commercial projects
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Plumbing systems, fixture installation, repairs, and piping
- Carpentry including framing, trim work, cabinetry, drywall, and finish carpentry
- Tile installation, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, waterproofing, layout, cutting, and grout installation
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and job site procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift materials and work in various construction environments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required
