Skilled Construction Laborer

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Skilled Laborers (Level 2 & 3) for IMMEDIATE HIRE in Indian Harbour Beach, FL.

Long-term, 6-month project with a temp-to-hire opportunity.

PAY: $18.00-$24.00/hr. (based upon experience)

• Level 2 (Mid-Tier Semi-Skilled): $21.50-$24.00/hr.
• Level 3 (Entry Level): $18.00-$21.00/hr.
• HOURS:
• Expected shifts will be 1st shift, 8-hour days
• SCHEDULE: 40 hours+

Description:
We are hiring 2 Skilled Laborers. Work begins with backfilling a trench and includes general construction labor, with the potential to grow into more responsibility over time.

Qualifications for Skilled Laborer:
Level 3 (Entry): Able to perform basic tasks including cement work, demolition, use of basic tools, and minimal painting; must be able to follow directions
Level 2 (Mid-Tier): All Level 3 skills, plus semi-skilled experience and potential to grow into a lead role over time
Manual labor experience, with willingness to learn
Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Position requires the use of PPE including: hard hat, safety vest/hi-vis, safety glasses, and steel-toe work boots

Additional Requirements for Skilled Laborer:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
