Overview
Our Skilled Construction Laborers bring certified trade experience to support complex construction, renovation, and demo projects. These associates perform hands-on work, assist licensed trades, and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Support — Running wire, installing fixtures, assisting electricians, basic troubleshooting
- Plumbing Assistance — Pipe fitting support, fixture installation, material prep, jobsite setup
- Carpentry Work — Framing, drywall, trim installation, repairs, and material handling
- Demolition & Renovation — Removing structures, clearing debris, preparing spaces for rebuild
- General Labor — Loading/unloading, site cleanup, staging materials, assisting trades
- Tool Operation — Safe use of hand and power tools
- Safety Compliance — Following OSHA standards, wearing PPE, reporting hazards
Requirements
- Valid certifications in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Experience on active construction sites
- Reliable transportation
- PPE required (hard hat, gloves, boots, vest)
$20.00-$25.00 Per hour
