CNC OperatorThe CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision machined components that meet quality and production standards. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by ensuring parts are produced efficiently, safely, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate has experience working in a machine shop environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to safety.CNC Operator Responsibilities:Operate CNC milling and/or turning machines to produce precision partsLoad and unload materials and monitor machine operationsPerform basic machine setup adjustments and tool changes as neededInspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are metFollow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedulesMaintain accurate production and quality documentationKeep work area clean and organized following safety guidelinesCommunicate issues or deviations to supervisors or quality teamSupport continuous improvement and efficiency initiativesRequirements for CNC Operator:Previous manufacturing or machine shop experienceAbility to read basic work instructions and follow proceduresStrong attention to detail and quality focusAbility to stand for extended periods and lift materials as neededCommitment to workplace safetyCNC machine operation experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) preferredExperience in precision machining or production environments is a plus
