Position Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Six Sigma Project Manager to lead high-impact process improvement initiatives within a dynamic operational environment. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution from scoping through delivery while applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Additional Details: Pay range: $55 to $60/hour on W2 as per your experience Contract Length: 8 months with the possibility of extension Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) principles Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time execution Conduct process analysis, audits, and performance assessments to identify optimization opportunities Drive improvements in logistics, warehouse operations, and material flow Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver measurable results Support implementation and optimization of automation technologies (AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, WMS) Qualifications & Skills Required: Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement initiatives Strong project management and execution discipline with a track record of delivering results Hands-on experience in automated warehouse or distribution environments Familiarity with AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, and WMS platforms Solid background in quality, inspection, and operational excellence practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
