Construction Management firm is looking for a driven and experienced Site Superintendent to lead construction operations on the ground in New York, NY. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within scope
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and labor crews to maintain workflow and productivity
• Enforce strict jobsite safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards at all times
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues and RFIs
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation
• Manage material deliveries, equipment scheduling, and site logistics

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or construction field supervisor
• Proven experience managing ground-up construction or large-scale renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and NYC DOB regulations
• OSHA 30 certification required; Site Safety Manager (SSM) or SST card a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
