Optomi, in partnership with a leading technology company, is looking for an experienced Cloud Operations Specialist.
Position Summary: This role involves monitoring and maintaining AWS cloud services, providing operational support for Snowflake data platform workloads, and supporting Microsoft SQL Server databases. The candidate will write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, build Dynatrace dashboards, and perform root cause analysis on incidents. The role requires participation in shift rotations and support for change management processes.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:
- 5+ years in a technical operation or platform support role
- Extensive experience with AWS and Snowflake
- Proficiency in SQL Server and strong SQL skills

- Monitor and maintain AWS cloud services
