Site Project ManagerDo you thrive in fast-paced environments where coordination, execution discipline, and field leadership directly impact project success? We're looking for a driven and highly organized Site Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution across complex construction and mission-critical infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll serve as the operational center point across field teams, subcontractors, technical groups, and project stakeholders to ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan.

You'll maintain visibility into project readiness, production performance, risk management, and turnover objectives while helping teams navigate changing priorities without losing momentum. From planning and coordination through execution and closeout, you'll play a critical role in keeping projects aligned, accountable, and moving forward.What You'll DoDrive Daily Site OperationsManage Field PerformanceLead Planning & Coordination ActivitiesIdentify & Remove BarriersMaintain Project Readiness VisibilityEstablish Strong Operating RhythmCoordinate Across TeamsManage Documentation & Decision TrackingEnsure decisions, action items, and coordination issues are documented and driven to closure to prevent delays impacting field execution.Support Turnover & Project CompletionAssist in developing and implementing recovery plans when production performance or schedule commitments are at risk.Remain actively engaged onsite with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure alignment between planning assumptions and execution realities.Systems & Operations You'll SupportLarge-scale, schedule-driven infrastructure projects requiring precision execution and coordination.Multi-Trade Construction ActivitiesWork package releases, staffing coordination, sequencing, and execution readiness activities.Testing support, punch management, commissioning coordination, and closeout activities.Daily workforce management, trade coordination, production tracking, and issue resolution.What You Bring6–10+ years of experience supporting construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical project environmentsDemonstrated experience managing site execution and coordinating multiple trades on active construction projectsBackground in electrical, low-voltage, MEP, general contracting, or related construction environments preferredExperience supporting data center, hyperscale, critical infrastructure, or technically complex projects strongly preferredStrong understanding of schedule-driven construction execution and field coordinationAbility to operate with urgency while maintaining structure, discipline, and controlProven experience managing self-perform and subcontracted work scopesUnderstanding of workforce planning, production sequencing, and trade coordination principlesStrong issue identification and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication skills with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership stakeholdersAbility to align operational priorities, technical requirements, staffing, and schedule objectivesStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through disciplineAbility to maintain execution focus within changing or high-pressure environmentsDemonstrated leadership presence and ability to drive accountability across multiple stakeholdersResilience and adaptability within fast-paced, schedule-sensitive environmentsExperience supporting turnover, commissioning, and project closeout activities preferredExposure to design-assist or design-build project delivery methods preferredStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms (Smartsheet, Bluebeam, or similar)OSHA 30 certification preferredBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, or equivalent experienceWhat's in It for You?Take ownership of critical project execution activities and directly influence project success.Work on challenging infrastructure projects where coordination and execution excellence matter.Partner with operations leaders, field teams, technical experts, and customers to deliver successful outcomes.Expand your experience in project leadership, construction operations, and mission-critical delivery environments.Comprehensive compensation package including benefits, development opportunities, and long-term career growth.Work EnvironmentThis role operates primarily in active construction environments and requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
