In this role you will serve as the primary project controls authority on site, leading the local consultant team and owning interface management across all delivery partners. What You’ll Be Doing Acting as the on-site “source of truth” for all project controls information, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all stakeholdersLeading and coordinating the local project controls team covering cost, schedule, risk, and document controlManaging interface management between the owner, design firms, EPCs, and multiple prime contractors to ensure integrated planning and executionEstablishing, maintaining, and continuously improving project controls procedures, tools, and reporting standardsOverseeing development and maintenance of the integrated master schedule and cost control baselines for a large, complex capital programMonitoring performance using earned value, trend analysis, and risk assessments to identify variances and recommend corrective actionsProviding concise executive summaries and decision-support analyses to senior leadership to guide strategic and tactical actionsReviewing and challenging contractor reports, forecasts, and change proposals to ensure transparency, accuracy, and value for moneyWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field, or equivalentMinimum of 15 years of progressive experience in project controls for large capital projectsAt least 10 years of experience delivering multi-billion-dollar mega-projects in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, or SemiconductorMinimum of 7 years leading multi-disciplinary project controls teams within a complex, matrixed environmentDemonstrated experience overseeing Tier-1 EPC contractors from the owner’s or program management perspectiveStrong proficiency in advanced work packaging, earned value management, and system-based commissioning methodologiesWhat Desired Skills You’ll Bring Experience working within large-scale industrial or high-tech manufacturing capital programsProven ability to develop and implement project controls governance frameworks on complex, fast-track projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levelsAdvanced proficiency with major project controls software platforms and data visualization toolsProfessional certification in project controls, project management, or cost engineering (e.g., CCP, PSP, PMP)Security Clearance Requirement:NoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
