Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and staff activities
• Manage operational budgets and monitor key performance metrics
• Coordinate the flow of materials, orders, and logistics throughout the facility
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and workflow
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures and compliance standards
• Partner with leadership to enhance operational performance and achieve business objectives
• Supervise, coach, and develop employees across the site
• Serve as a key point of contact for operations, staffing, and process execution

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, manufacturing, recycling, waste management, warehousing, or materials handling environments
• Previous supervisory or management experience within an industrial or plant setting
• Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and workflow coordination
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance
• Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to maintaining a compliant workplace
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
