Site-of-Care Strategy Lead

Compass Pathways is seeking a Field-based Site of Care Account Lead (SOC-AL) to develop and manage strategic relationships with priority Organized Care Groups, health systems, and networks for COMP360 psilocybin therapy.

You will lead account-level strategy, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination to ensure sites have the infrastructure, training, and support to deliver high-quality treatment.
