We have an exciting new opportunity for a Site Manager in Williamsburg!
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced warehousing environment.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
- Food Safety Management knowledge preferred.
- Ability to operate forklift and obtain forklift certifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and electronically.
Duties
- Responsible for managing all day-to-day operations in compliance with customer and CTPS standards.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers and internal associates.
- Provide accurate and on-time production, labor and maintenance reports.
- Responsible for leading a safety program that follows OSHA Standards and CTPS policies.
- Oversee quality system that is compliant with CTPS standards and in compliance with SQF standards.
- Can lift up to 55 lbs. consistently throughout the day.
- Establish an effective line of communication with our customers as well as upper management.
- Perform all duties or requests as needed in a fast-paced work environment.
- After hours availability via phone or email may be required - alternate contacts need to be assigned during unavailability.
- Occasional overtime is expected - flex-schedule to compensate for extra hours can be implemented.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 6am-4pm. On Call outside of schedule if necessary.
Pay
$65,000-$70,000 plus performance based quarterly bonus
