Responsibilities :
- Monitor sales and store performance regularly.
- Identify and resolve operational problems.
- Develop and maintain high customer service standards.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate store employees.
- Ensure proper inventory management and merchandise receiving processes.
- Create a safe work environment and oversee safety training.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with district management on procurement and vendor negotiations.
Experience, Education, and Abilities :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical or college degree preferred.
- Leadership experience in the automotive aftermarket or retail industry.
- Knowledge of store organization and high character standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic financial transactions.
Work Environment :
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in various physical conditions.
