Job Overview
As a Site Manager for Statco‑DSI, a subsidiary of ProMach’s Process business, you will oversee process piping & equipment installation projects. You provide on‑site guidance to installation teams, ensuring projects are completed accurately, safely and on‑budget, coordinating site activities and guiding subcontractor teams. Your expertise in safety, site management, process piping and problem‑solving is crucial to ensuring a premium customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously
- Seeing a project through from start to finish
- Collaborating with internal and external partners, including customers, engineers, procurement and fabrication teams for seamless project coordination
- Lead on‑site installation teams, including subcontractors, riggers, electricians and controls vendors to ensure the highest quality execution, on time and within budget
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses and control costs to meet financial targets
- Maintain a safe workplace
- Act as the on‑site contact for communication regarding projects, including variations of scope, ensuring timely updates are provided to all stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
- Five (5) years or more proven experience in managing site installation projects, preferably in sanitary manufacturing industries
- Food, beverage and/or personal care project management experience in various aspects of engineering and utilities management is preferred
- Thorough understanding of process piping systems layout and routing, including liquid blending, tank systems, Wort, CIP, Filtration, CO₂, CO₂ Recovery, air, water, steam glycol, ammonia, sweetener and package release
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, making quick and sound decisions
