Position Summary

Join our team in aircraft cleaning and detailing as a Site Manager. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, quality control, support your team, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of two aircraft and the secure hangar facility. The ideal candidate is steady, dependable, and can maintain a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism.

We’re seeking an experienced manager with 3–5 years of management experience in the cleaning industry, who appreciates a stable and well-structured work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Oversee and coordinate daily aircraft and hangar cleaning operations.
  • Support and guide your team to maintain consistent quality and safety.
  • Ensure availability for every incoming and outgoing flight.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area; enforce safety protocols.
  • Manage schedule, timesheets, and service documentation.
  • Track products, supplies, and equipment; restock as needed.
  • Communicate updates and job progress to upper management.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for team and client communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of related management experience (experience in cleaning industry).
  • Strong organization and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to adapt to a variable schedule, including some weekends.
  • Knowledge of job safety practices and commitment to a safe work environment.
  • Physically active: able to climb and work on ladders, bend and move throughout the shift, and lift more than 30lbs.
  • Task-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility for aircraft cleanliness.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a TSA 10-year background check and DOT drug test.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
