Site Manager

Description

Our site managers oversee daily operations and lead a strong team to deliver outstanding service to our tenants and prospective tenants. It's a hands-on role that requires being physically present, visible, and responsive.

A Site Manager is:

• A daily, on-site presence who inspects, walks, and personally oversees the building
• A hands-on leader who supervises staff and subcontractors directly
• The first point of contact for tenant concerns, safety issues, and site logistics
• Someone who takes full ownership of the property's condition and reports up with accuracy and accountability
• The person wno will prepare and present site reports to your Regional Property Manager
• Ensure complete tenant satisfaction
• Identify, mitigate, and correct potential risks

A Site Manager is not:

• A remote or part-time role — this position requires being on-site, Monday through Friday
• Purely administrative
• A delegation-only role — issues are expected to be handled personally and promptly, not passed along
• An entry-level position — it requires prior experience in Property Management

• Minimum of 3 years in apartment or building site management
• Proven track record retaining customers/clients/tenants
• Strong knowledge of building compliance and regulations at the local and state level
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in CRM systems
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge with Appfolioand Smart Sheets is preferred
