In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which will include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. Will be responsible for the supervision of all employees at the site, including hiring, recruiting, assignment of work, training and development of their professional skills. If you thrive in a professional business environment and seek to join an organization with true career growth opportunities, we invite you to apply to join our dynamic team.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesServes as the principal liaison between Opensity, the employees, and the ClientSupervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and team provides excellent client serviceContinuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operationSeeks opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to the key contactDemonstrates proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the clientRecruits and interviews potential Opensity candidates for available positions at the siteHires, trains, supervises, evaluates and develops all personnel assigned to the siteSchedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and makes sure contracted hours of operation are covered without incurring overtimeAssists Operations Manager with tracking productivity and collects all information necessary to provide leadership and the client with monthly reportsQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma; associates or bachelors degree preferred but not requiredPrevious supervisory experience in a client service-oriented field, preferably in a professional organization providing office services or administrative supportDetail oriented with good attention to detailGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervisionAbility to lead others in a professional mannerWorking knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe Compensation range for this role is up to 57,000 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
