Job Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for delivering an outstanding i9 Sports experience and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of a venue. Must be high‑energy, organized, and possess strong problem‑solving skills. Ideal candidates have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. A customer‑service oriented background and the ability to “wow” customers is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Field set‑up and breakdown for game day events.
• Manage and supervise part‑time staff members and volunteer coaches.
• Oversee the overall venue operation, ensuring programs run on schedule.
• Demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
• Organize game‑day equipment and maintain venue cleanliness.
• Consistently display a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

• Highly motivated self‑starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Aware and able to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude with a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and evenings during the full 7‑week season.
