Job Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game‑day operations of a venue. The role requires high energy, strong organization, and excellent problem‑solving skills. Ideal candidates have experience working with kids, a desire to learn sports management, and a customer‑service mindset that has successfully “wooed” customers.
Responsibilities
- Field set up and breakdown for game day events
- Manage and supervise part‑time staff members and volunteer coaches
- Supervise the overall operation of a venue, ensuring programs run on schedule
- Demonstrate core values including sportsmanship
- Organize game‑day equipment and maintain venue cleanliness
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly motivated self‑starter who can work independently and solve problems
- Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety
- Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships
- Availability for a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and evenings during the full seasonal duration (approximately 7 weeks)
