Job Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game‑day operations of a venue. The role requires high energy, strong organization, and excellent problem‑solving skills. Ideal candidates have experience working with kids, a desire to learn sports management, and a customer‑service mindset that has successfully “wooed” customers.

Responsibilities

• Field set up and breakdown for game day events
• Manage and supervise part‑time staff members and volunteer coaches
• Supervise the overall operation of a venue, ensuring programs run on schedule
• Demonstrate core values including sportsmanship
• Organize game‑day equipment and maintain venue cleanliness
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly motivated self‑starter who can work independently and solve problems
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships
• Availability for a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and evenings during the full seasonal duration (approximately 7 weeks)
