$19.57 - $20.53 per hour (plus $2.00 differential when MAP Certified)
Job Overview
ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual to join as a Program Site Manager. This role offers a chance to make a profound difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with residents and support them in achieving personal goals.
- Provide daily support, including routine assistance, medication administration, and transportation to appointments.
- Maintain accurate resident records, monitor staff schedules, complete paperwork, and attend meetings and trainings.
- Lead and collaborate with the Program Director and staff to ensure quality care and effective goal attainment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with developmental delays or brain injuries.
- Valid driver’s license for at least six months and a good driving record.
- Basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to assist residents and maintain safety.
- Training in MAP, PABC, and/or First Aid is a plus.
