Overview
Our client is a global leader in high-voltage electrical engineering, delivering cutting-edge projects across renewables, data centres, and utility infrastructure. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site delivery of complex electrical projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle from planning through to handover
- Manage site operations, subcontractors, and resources
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and report to the Project Manager
- Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals
- Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager (or similar)
- Strong background in electrical power systems / HV projects
- Track record delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of health & safety best practices
