You are the leader of the site — the person responsible for the people, the guest experience, the equipment, the standards, and the results. You are not just keeping the wash open. You are building a team, running a business, and creating a place guests and employees want to come back to.This role sits between the Assistant Site Manager and the Market Director. You will develop the leaders below you, partner with the Market Director above you, and make sure the site performs every day — not just when someone is watching.What You’ll DoLead & Develop the TeamAs the senior on-site leader, you will:Recruit, hire, train, coach, and performance manage all team members, including the Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads and Team MembersBuild and reinforce a positive, growth minded culture grounded in company values(Based on the expectation to build a positive, growth minded culture)Conduct ongoing development conversations and ensure readiness of future leadersEnsure all staff follow safety, customer service, and operational standards consistentlyDeliver an Exceptional Customer ExperienceChampion a welcoming, service-oriented environment where every customer feels valuedResolve escalated concerns and coach the team on best-in-class customer engagementLead membership growth strategies, including sales coaching and service recommendations, based on promoting memberships and services, addressing concerns, and assisting customersOversee Site Operations & Equipment PerformanceOwn all daily operational workflow and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safetyMaintain equipment reliability by managing preventative maintenance, repairs, and vendor supportEnsure the site consistently meets company standards for quality, cleanliness, and throughputAnalyze operational metrics and implement improvements to increase performance and reduce downtimeDrive Sales, Profitability & Business ResultsSet and manage site-level sales, membership, labor, and operational targetsLead sales initiatives, promotions, and team‑wide upselling behaviorsMonitor KPIs and adjust staffing, processes, or workflow to achieve resultsManage site expenses, inventory, and cost controlsEnsure Safety, Compliance & Brand StandardsEnforce all health, safety, and environmental protocolsEnsure adherence to company policies, operating procedures, and quality standardsAddress risks, incidents, or equipment failures promptly and effectivelyConduct regular audits and site inspections to ensure consistency and complianceQualificationsRequiredStrong customer service mindset and excellent communication skillsDemonstrated leadership, teambuilding, and performance management abilitiesAbility to operate effectively in a fast paced, hands-on outdoor environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsReliable, self-motivated, organized, and capable of independently running all aspects of site operations(Expanded from reliability and eagerness to learn)Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysAbility to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasksPreferred (but not required!)Previous site management or multi‑team leadership experienceExperience in retail, service, hospitality, or other customer facing rolesMechanical aptitude for overseeing equipment checks and maintenanceExperience with sales-driven environments or membership programsWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a leader who treats the site like a business and the team like the reason it works.You have led teams before and know how to create accountability without losing trust.You own outcomes.
