The Site Manager serves as the primary leader responsible for the continuous, safe, and compliant operation of an industrial site. This role oversees all aspects of site performance, including:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 site operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEP, EPA, etc.)
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Manage site financials including budgeting, P&L, and capital investments
- Drive safety initiatives and enforce company policies
- Oversee staffing, training, performance management, and team development
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of operations management in steel, construction, aggregate, or related industries
- Strong background in preventive maintenance and industrial safety
- Experience leading maintenance teams and working with heavy equipment
- Skilled in project planning, business strategy, and communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Must be adaptable, proactive, ethical, and results-driven
