Site Manager

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Site Manager to oversee the safety and security of our premises. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Duties

• Conduct regular patrols across designated areas and monitor surveillance equipment to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms, investigate disturbances, and take appropriate actions as needed.
• Manage access points, verifying identifications when necessary.
• Perform routine inspections to guarantee compliance with security protocols.
• Provide assistance to employees and visitors whenever required.
• Maintain detailed reports on incidents, observations, and shift activities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement authorities when essential.

Experience

• Possess certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Proficient in CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies.
• Familiarity with militarized procedures is considered advantageous.
• Strong conflict management skills are essential for this role.

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Thursday through Monday Midnight to 8am ).
