ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate and dedicated leader to oversee a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines, recreational activities, and goal-setting while fostering a warm and inclusive environment.
- Administer medications (MAP training available), provide transportation to appointments and activities, and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Supervise, train, and support staff while working closely with the Program Director to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage staff schedules, track resident information, and complete necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
- A valid driver’s license held for at least six months with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
- Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
- Bonus: Training in MAP, PABC, or First Aid.
