A well-established and reputable commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee interior build-out and tenant improvement projects across the Phoenix metro area. This is a permanent position with long-term growth potential.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead daily site operations for fast-paced commercial interior and TI projects
- Coordinate and supervise all field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Manage safety compliance, inspections, and documentation
- Interface with clients, architects, and project managers throughout project lifecycle
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing interior/tenant fit-out projects in sectors like office, retail, or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, safety regulations, and field coordination
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades efficiently
- OSHA 30 preferred
