Randstad, the world’s leading talent company, is hiring a Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. RIS offers a unique operations and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high-volume staffing needs. Randstad supports these top-tier accounts with an embedded solution, partnering on a client’s site to solve their workforce challenges.
The Site Manager will work on-site at our client’s manufacturing location in Port Jervis, NY, building strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs. In this role, you will listen to understand the quality and volume of talent required, then screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill those positions. Site Managers act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the workforce—including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and employee management.

What You Need to Bring
- Schedule Requirements: Must be comfortable and available to work a consistent 2nd shift schedule (1 PM – 10 PM).
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
