Site Leader

HireLevelis looking for multiple Site Leaders located in Princeton, IN. HireLevel is seeking Site Lead Support team members to help oversee daily operations at a manufacturing site. This role is ideal for someone with previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment who can communicate effectively, support a team, and help ensure work is completed safely and according to quality standards.The Site Lead Support will serve as a key point of contact between employees, customers, and management while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Job Title: Site Lead Support Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Shift: Gold Shift Pay:$18.00/hour + $0.75 shift premium = $18.75/hour$18.00/hour base pay$0.75/hour shift premium$18.75/hour total pay on Gold Shift

Responsibilities of Site Lead Support

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to site personnel
• Help staff and supervise employees to ensure daily work is completed effectively
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers and site personnel
• Monitor work quality and ensure company and customer standards are met
• Train and assist employees with job responsibilities and procedures
• Coordinate changes in assignments, staffing, and daily site needs
• Communicate issues, updates, and concerns to management
• Help monitor safety and ensure employees follow required procedures
• Assist with audits, inspections, and quality checks
• Complete required documentation and reports
• Support site operations and assist with additional duties as needed

Requirements for Site Lead Support

• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working with customers, employees, and management
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
