Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily site operations and develop a high-performing team. You will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff, while driving guest satisfaction and service standards at the Arlington site.
You’ll oversee equipment performance, safety, and cleanliness, manage promotions, and monitor KPIs to hit site targets. A hands-on, outdoor environment, with weekends/holidays required, is expected.
