Odeko is seeking a dedicated Site Lead to oversee the daily warehouse operations, manage the P&L, and drive customer satisfaction. You will lead a diverse team, implement SOPs, and coordinate picking, packing, routing and dispatching to ensure timely deliveries.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including 2nd and 3rd shifts. Experience with Netsuite, RF Smart, Shopify, or Hubspot is a plus.
