Oversee the Virtual Simulation Operators / Role Players who provide operator inputs for Leaders and Soldiers during joint fires and target training exercises using simulation systems
Ensure full staffing and operations IAW schedules
Maintain access to and continually update training schedules, simulator usage, certification and training certificates, student data, etc. in the G33 training management system
Identify and de-conflict scheduled events based on priorities
Assist the Director, MSC in forecasting future training course load, throughput requirements, and cost benefit analysis of virtual simulations training
Coordinate with course managers, training developers, and instructors to assist in developing and maintaining CFFT III/VBS3 scenarios to support virtual training
Requirements
Three years (3) of experience as Team/Project Manager
High school diploma and a minimum of seven years (7) military experience in Fire Support operations and planning
Minimum one year (1) experience supporting training exercise operating the CFFT III and one (1) or more years operating/maintaining an Immersive CFFT III systems (AFSM, UTM, and CASM)
Minimum one year (1) experience developing and executing functional vignettes for and supporting training exercise and operating the VBS3
