Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor)

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor) to support a fast-paced logistics operation. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Pay & Schedule for the Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor)

• Starting pay: $21-25 per hour / Based on Experience
• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• 40–50 hours per week

Requirements for the Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor)

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong decision-making, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be willing to submit to a background check

Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor) Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise on-site staff
• Conduct team meetings, assign priorities, and communicate expectations
• Monitor productivity and track key performance metrics
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Coordinate workflow between warehouse staff, drivers, and customers
• Provide coaching, direction, and performance feedback
