Responsible for supporting the EHS Excellence across the two manufacturing plants
Provides hands‑on leadership to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace
Deliver EHS training and provide in‑field coaching
Perform Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
Support the deployment of effective control measures
Lead chemical product screening and environmental compliance activities
Conduct incident investigations
Ensure compliance with OSHA and Environmental regulations
Prepare safety and compliance reports
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in an EH&S related Science or Engineering field
Professional certification as a CSP is required for this role.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an emphasis in EH&S program management.
Experience within Food, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industries.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Positive and motivated self‑starter with a successful track record in a changing environment; excellent organizational, teamwork, and prioritization skills are essential.
Ability to communicate with clarity, impact, and passion to help drive a growing EH&S program, and to collaborate across all levels of the organization to enable and drive change.
Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
