KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Sewells Point Elementary School to lead our before- and after-school and enrichment programs. The Site Director oversees daily operations, ensures licensing and safety compliance, manages staff scheduling and development, and maintains strong relationships with school partners and families. This role designs and implements engaging, age-appropriate curriculum, monitors child progress, and upholds high standards of care.
