KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Robb Elementary School to lead our on-site early childhood education program. The Site Director will oversee daily operations, ensure licensing and safety compliance, manage and coach staff, and partner closely with school leadership and families. You will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, monitor child progress, and maintain high-quality learning environments.
