Site Director, Early Childhood Center

The Meadows Early Learning Center in Parker, Colorado seeks a Site Director to oversee operations of a large childcare center. Must be Director-Qualified; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Knowledge of CCAP, CACFP, DPP, and UPK is a plus.

Provides a safe, high-quality learning environment and steps in for the Executive Director as needed. Responsibilities include managing tours, enrollments, staffing, marketing support, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
