KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for High Plains Elementary to lead daily operations of our early childhood education program. The Site Director oversees curriculum implementation, staff supervision, enrollment, and family communication while ensuring compliance with state licensing and safety regulations. This role partners with school leadership to create a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports each child’s development.
