Insight Global is seeking a Site Development Project Engineer for a top Engineering Consulting client. This candidate will support a variety of land development projects ranging from schools and office buildings to manufacturing facilities, parking structures, and multifamily developments. The Project Engineer will be responsible for preparing construction documents, performing grading and drainage design, developing stormwater management solutions, and conducting hydraulic analyses. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to gain exposure to diverse site development projects while working alongside experienced project managers and technical professionals in a collaborative environment.

Skills and Requirements

n

Must-Haves:

n

2-4 years of experience in site development, stormwater, or water/wastewater engineering

n

Experience with drainage design, hydraulic calculations, and hydraulic analysis

n

Ability to independently evaluate, select, and complete engineering design solutions

n

Understanding of applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and design standards

n

Strong project organization and time management skills

n

Effective written and verbal communication skills

n

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline

n

Ability to obtain Engineering registration/licensure AutoCAD experience

n

Civil 3D experience

n

Experience preparing technical reports and drainage studies

n

Construction administration or construction support experience

n

Experience with multiple project types including commercial, educational, industrial, and multifamily developments
