Site Contract Analyst

Negotiating contracts and budgets, the full-time Site Contract Analyst will draft and oversee Confidentiality Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, and study budgets while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both sites and sponsors, working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements with investigative sites based on predefined templates Serve as the primary site contracts lead, accurately forecasting contract execution timelines to support timely site startup Communicate legal and budgetary issues to internal and external parties, ensuring accurate filing and tracking of contracts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related business field One year of experience in a clinical research setting or similar environment Experience in contract administration, procurement, or vendor negotiation is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions
