Site Configuration Specialist

To support data management efforts, the full-time Site Configuration Specialist in Seattle, WA will load site configuration data, validate measurements, and coordinate with field teams while working onsite. Key responsibilities Load site configuration data into internal tools using the Site Load UI Wizard and Intake Forms Validate entered data against source documentation and track site enablement progress Coordinate with field teams and vendors to resolve measurement discrepancies and escalate configuration issues Required qualifications Experience with data entry in web-based tools or databases Ability to read and interpret site drawings, floor plans, or measurement documentation Proficiency in using spreadsheets and tracking tools Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple sites independently Effective written communication skills for cross-team coordination
