Location: Richmond, VA
Salary: $140,000–$170,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits, ESOP
We're looking for an experienced Site/Civil Project Manager (P.E.) to lead a variety of land development projects across the Richmond area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects, mentoring engineers, and building strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Manage land development projects from planning through construction.
- Lead site design, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and permitting efforts.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, local agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Support business development and help grow client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- 8+ years of site/civil engineering experience.
- Strong background in land development, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
