Schedule: Monday-Friday + Saturday as Needed
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of prior sit-down forklift experience required
  • Experience loading, unloading, and moving materials in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Job Duties
  • Safely operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials throughout the facility
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
  • Move products to designated storage and staging locations
  • Pull, verify, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Complete daily forklift inspections and equipment checklists
  • Follow OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area
  • Assist with inventory movement and material handling as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
  • Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
  • Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Sit Down Forklift Operator.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
