Position: Sit-Down Forklift Operator
Location: Brownsburg, IN
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays
Shift: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM | 10-hour shifts
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator for a fast-paced, production-driven warehouse environment. Candidates must have demonstrated hands-on experience and be proficient operating a sit-down forklift.
Essential Duties

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move products and materials throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, stage, and organize materials as needed.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Inspect equipment and follow forklift safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all facility safety procedures and production expectations.

Requirements

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Must demonstrate proficiency during an onsite forklift skills test .
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be flexible to work occasional Saturdays as needed.

Interview & Skills Testing
Qualified candidates must complete an interview and sit-down forklift skills test prior to placement. Interviews and testing are available Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM .
