We are currently hiring experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will already have experience operating a sit-down forklift and be comfortable safely moving, loading, and unloading materials in a warehouse environment.
Previous forklift operating experience is required. This is not a forklift training position, so applicants must already know how to safely and confidently operate a sit-down forklift.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks
- Move, stage, and organize pallets and materials
- Transport products and materials to designated areas
- Assist with warehouse loading and unloading duties
- Inspect forklift equipment before use and report any issues
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately handle and position materials
- Work efficiently while maintaining safe operating practices
Requirements
- Previous sit-down forklift experience required
- Must already know how to safely operate a forklift
- Ability to safely maneuver around warehouse personnel and equipment
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
